Overall ok - Used to come here years ago because I lived nearby. Now I dont live in Sydney but work nearby so thought I would be happy with what I was getting Service ok Product: I was sold the A2s kit with the explanation of switching to this model because I would go through so many of the mouthpieces breaking. I was sold the A2 tanks (still compatible) which are prone to the same issue instead of the UN2 which solves my mouthpiece issue. Feel kinda duped, will go to my preferred store in Sydney in the future, bit more hassle to get through but at least no disappointment

Havent recieved my order. Paid for it. Month later, still not here. Rang them, got told Australia Post must have messed up. They said they were re-sending the order. Australia Post never recieved the order.. still waiting.. another 2 weeks later. Zero stars.

Has really gone downhill for service. Items shown in stock and ordered online, express shipping paid for, and no communication from them until I follow up after it should already be delivered. When calling I find out they are waiting on stock for one item in the order so had not sent anything (happened with 2 recent orders).
